Hi Friends, I know you are not able to use your Ola Money for doing Mobile Recharges, Bill Payments, DTH Recharges using Planhound App or Komparify.com website. Because Ola money is remove as a Payment gateway. Read this Full Post.

Ques 1:- I am Not able to use OMAPP promo it says coupon not applicable ?
Ans:- This offer is Expired. Please don’t use this offer.

Ques 2:- I am Not able to use Ola Money Payment gateway in Planhound App & Komparify.com website ?
Ans:- Previously its Working on Planhound App & komparify.com website both.. But Yesterday Ola Money is removed as a Payment gateway from planhound & komparify.com website.

Ques 3:- My Recharges are getting failed/Pending ?
Ans:- I have Done 4 Prepaid Recharges of Rs 10 using Ola Money App and all Recharges are getting successful in just 1 minute (I just doing a Recharges of Rs 10 for Checking and got instantly, You can check the screenshot in end of this Post. But may be some Problems in Big Recharges or Postpaid Bill Payments.

Ques 4:- What is the Validity of Ola Money Cashback ?
Ans:- I don’t know what is the validity of ola Money Cashback, Some peoples says Ola Money Team says validity is Lifetimes and some says 1 month. Hence I don’t know what is the exact validity.

Ques 5:- Why they deduct my all ola Money balance from my account ?
Ans:- May be because of Unlimited use from Single device/debit card or device id.

Ques 5:- I am Sending Some money to other account but didn’t get in other account or Money back ?
Ans:- Sending Money to other account is not tested by me. Its working or not. May be Stopped this feature because of peoples are trying to collect money from other account and use Ola Money as a Payment on Zopper.com and Buy Mobile Phones etc. Means you add Rs 5,000 in ola money via other accounts and you get Rs 10,000 after Cashback then you will get the worth Rs 10,000 mobiles are other thing from Zopper website at just Rs 5,000 only.

Ques 6:- What Should I do Now ?
Ans:- if you have ola Money balance then do only Prepaid Mobile Recharge (Not Postpaid). If you money is in Pending process or withdrawl by Ola Money Team. Then contact at support@olamoney.com
