After introducing the voice calling feature earlier this year, WhatsApp is now working on adding video calling support to its messaging service, a new report suggests.
According to a report published in Macerkopf.de :-
¶ the latest private beta versions of WhatsApp for iOS have video calling support built-in.
¶ The iOS users would be the first to receive the feature, with Android users to follow later.
¶ The German tech blog posted screenshots from WhatsApp v2.12.16.2, which is currently being tested internally.
¶ The leaked screenshots show that the interface of WhatsApp video call seemingly being tested for launch in an

¶ According to the website , users will be able to mute the microphone as well as switch between cameras.
¶ Also, the small preview that shows your video can be moved around freely.
¶ The video calling feature on WhatsApp will work over both Wi-Fi and cellular networks.
¶ Apart from video calling, WhatsApp is also adding multiple chat tabs that allow users to quickly switch between different conversations without having to go back to the WhatsApp chats list.
¶ Additionally, the new update will also sport a new design with a greater focus on the green color.
¶ Although no official confirmation has been revealed yet, there is much speculation of the new feature being released in the next update.
